WHO CAN ENTER: To be eligible to win a prize in the Twice Per Calendar Year Draw Contest (the ”Contest”), an entrant must 1) be a legal Canadian resident, but excluding residents of the Province of Quebec; 2) have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides as of the date he/she enters the Contest, and; 3) not be an employee of, or living with an employee of Mapleleaf Franchise Concepts, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), or of any franchisees of the Sponsor.
CONTEST PERIOD: One (1) prize will be awarded during each six (6) month period during each calendar year (each such six (6) month period being referred to as the “Contest Period”) until the Contest is terminated or discontinued by the Sponsor. Each Contest Period starts on the 1st day of January & July at 12:00;01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the last day of each respective six (6) month period.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Entrants may only submit one (1) entry per Contest Period. There is no purchase necessary in order to win, and there is no charge to enter this Contest.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:
1) By completing the survey form on the website: or
2) To enter without completing the survey, please write your primary e-mail address (if applicable), along with your full name, mailing address, date of birth and phone number on a 3x5 index card and mail it to: Framing & Art Centre, 3524 Mainway, Burlington, Ontario L7M 1AB, which must be postmarked and received before the close of that applicable Contest Period. No mechanical reproductions permitted.
RANDOM DRAW:One entry from Canada (except the Province of Quebec) will be selected in a random electronic drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random draw will be conducted on the 15th day after the close of each Contest Period, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.
PRIZE:There is one (1) prize of a Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) Framing & Art Centre gift certificate available for each Contest Period. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The selected entrant will be notified by e-mail or phone within 48 hours of the Drawing. Non-responding selected entrants will not be notified again and no messages will be left and the Sponser must speak directly to the selected entrant. If no response is obtained within the ten (10) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate eligable entrant in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries (following the foregoing procedure). The process seeking an alternative winner will occur a maximum of three (3) times and if this fails to result in a qualified winner being named, the prize will not be fulfilled that Contest Period. Prize(s) will be delivered by mail within 30 days of receipt from the winner of the winner’s eligibility.
GENERAL:Prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of a Framing & Art Centre gift certificate. The Sponsor is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.
Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Sponsor shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete survey or entries.
Decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right at any time to withdraw this contest or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion.
By participating in this Contest, the entrants consent to the Sponsor using and storing the personal information submitted by the entrants including, without limitation, his or her name, hometown, age, and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understands that the decision of the Sponsor is final in all respects.

This contest is void in Quebec. This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and local laws and requlations.
